This is notification of a recent outage impacting some of the services we provide. At this time, there is no ongoing impact to Incognito services. Please see below for a detailed description of the issue.
TITLE: Incognito Cloud Phone PBX Carrier Outage
DESCRIPTION:
At 10:16 AM PST on Monday, 7/17/2023, the Incognito Network Operations Center was alerted to a potential issue with our primary voice carrier at our datacenter. Engineers were able to verify the outage was a total down, meaning no calls could be made or received. At this time, the NOC Manager instructed our engineers to begin failover to our backup voice carrier. All Incognito Cloud Phone Systems completed failover by 10:31 AM PST. Engineers were able to verify that phone services were restored by calling 75% of customers within ten minutes. At this time, the NOC will continue to monitor our primary voice carrier's service status, and provided their outage is closed expediently, plan to fail all Incognito Cloud Phone Systems back to the primary carrier at 11:45 PM PST on Monday, 7/17/2023.
