12/23/2025: Holiday Hours & Year-End Support Update

Valued Incognito IT Clients,

 

As we wrap up another year, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for trusting Incognito IT to support your business. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you, and we wish you and your team a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.

 

We also want to share a brief update regarding our support availability over the holiday season:

 

Holiday Office Hours

  • Christmas: Our offices will close at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 24, and reopen at 8:00 AM on Thursday, December 26.

  • New Year: Our offices will close at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31, and reopen at 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 2.

During both closures:

  • On-call support will remain available for urgent issues.

  • Our Network Operations Center will continue monitoring critical infrastructure around the clock to ensure stability and security.

Year-End Ticket Cleanup
During the final week of the year, our team will also be performing internal housekeeping as we close out 2025 in our systems. As part of this process:

  • Your vCIO may reach out to help move along or finalize aging requests.

  • You may receive emails related to older tickets that were never fully closed, as we ensure everything is properly documented and resolved.

If you have any concerns or questions during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out through our normal support channels.
